The booking process in HomeyBnb is a breeze. You can browse through our various accommodations listed on our search page and just select the date of “check-in and check-out” and choose the best one that caters to your needs and enter your necessary information. Choose any one home stay from wide listed. It’s that simple.
2.For searching properties in HomeyBnb, I need to create an account?
HomeyBnb allows you to search in our “search page” any number of times without creating an account. But, if you are booking with us, we need you to create an account with us.
3.How can I book my accommodation?
To find out the confirmed availability and get more information about your desired accommodation, we recommend you to send a direct message to the host through our HomeyBnb messenger system. After coming up with your chosen accommodation, send a booking request to the host by following the steps on the checkout page.
4.Once I send an enquiry, what will happen?
Upon receiving your query, our host at HomeyBnb will get in touch with you by HomeBnb inbuilt messenger (chatting) and both can discuss further details.
After confirmation of your booking request HomeyBnb ensure your payment is secure and settle the payment to the host.
5.How can I contact a host?
Through our HomeyBnb messaging system, you can easily contact a host. To get detailed information about your accommodation simply click on the host ‘contact’ button and send a message to the host.
6.There are any fees for bookings though HomeyBnb?
Before your booking process is submitted to HomeyBnb, exact fees will be calculated and displayed on your bill. The service fee helps to cover the costs of running HomeyBnb and the service fee will include VAT charges, but VAT percentage depends upon the local laws. For Secure Transaction, we are charging services fee of 5% to 6% (Each Transaction).
In case, guest cancels the booking after billing process, these exact fees are non-refundable. In case Host cancels the booking request of the guest after the billing process, the service fee to be refunded to guest.
7.May I know about HomeyBnb payment options?
We can confirm your accommodations only upon receiving full payment. So we recommend bank transfer or PayPal, which are indeed faster.
8.Do you accept Credit Card payment?
No. We incorporated PayPal or Online Bank Transfer only in our website. venience.
9.After booking confirmation, Can I cancel my booking request?
Yes. We allow cancellations which are done as per our cancellation policy (some amount will be deducted).
10. There is any refund for my cancellation?
The cancellation policies of refund vary due to the diverse nature of the accommodations we provide. Most of our properties have a “No refund policy”. So we recommend that you confirm only when you are absolutely sure. Kindly go through our
11.Once my booking is confirmed, how can I know?
Once host confirmed accommodation after that you have to “pay in full” of your accommodation with us. Upon receipt of full payment, your confirmation receipt will be sent to you and then your booking will be confirmed.

Creation of your listing is just a few steps ahead. List an entire apartment or a single room according to your need. Control of the listing is completely in your hands; the description, the price and the house rules. Moreover, you will get our assistance in taking photos and translating the description.
2.How to accept the booking request?
After completion of the listing formalities, it will be published on our website and you will start getting booking requests. You will receive an email notification of booking request and the procedure will be completed by your acceptance within 48 hours otherwise, if you don’t accept booking requests within 48 hours and then it will be automatically expired. To arrange the key hand over and revert to the guest’s questions, use the HomeyBnb messaging system.
3.How to welcome a guest in a delightful manner?
The guest has come here to stay so you should welcome him in a delightful manner. Before his arrival clean the apartment and place fresh and tidy sheets and towels. Receive your guest and show him the entire place, be friendly and explain the house. Hand over the keys and think of giving some neighbourhood tips also.
4.What are host service fees?
3% of the host service fee for every successful booking on HomeyBnb, We are charging fees for the cost of processing and secure payment transaction. The VAT service fee percentage depends upon your place (Country, State). This service fee is calculated and display in your bills.
In case Host cancels the booking request after confirming, extra service fee will be charged.
5.There are any charges for listing my property on HomeyBnb?
There is a small percentage of the fee is charged by HomeyBnb but you can list as many properties as you have.
6.When and how will I receive my payment?
After 24 hours of the guest arrival and completing the checking in procedure successfully, your payment will be transferred automatically to your PayPal or bank account. Your payment is safe in our hands at all the time, so stay at ease, HomeyBnb is concerned about the transaction.
7.Get a Review form Guest
Your Guest can review and give a star rating about your accommodation. The satisfied client gives a positive review, which will increase your future reputation.
